MOMASTERIES' TOUR
The track is long 68 km: it is pretty exciting but the beauties of the landscape, the historical, artistic and religious evidences are worth the efforts!
After the first part of climbing, with a percentage of 9%, you meet the hill at Passo della Sella, where you start crossing the Arcinazzo plateau. During the spring, the view is a galaxy of nature, colours and flowers.
You will ride along the remains of the Imperial Villa of Traiano; once get over Affile the route of the monasteries starts and you enter in the Regional Park of the Simbruini Mountains, where you can admire the remains of the Villa of Nerone, the Santa Scolastica monastery, the Sacro Speco (or the San Benedetto Monastery) and Jenne where the Pope Alessandro IV born. From this point you can return to Fiuggi and to the Hotel Silva Splendid.

THE PANORAMIC TRACK
The Panoramic itinerary is one of the most appreciated track by the cyclists, both for the physical activity and the task it takes as well as for the beauties of the place. The Panoramica is long 35km and there is a difference in level of 350 mt between woods and pure hills, far from the traffic and the noises of the city. The main feature of this track is that at 800 mt of altitude you cross the mountain and you ride on the same level for about 9 mt. The view is really priceless: you can see all the underlying hills and the green zone fill with colours during the spring and the summer, but you can also see Rome’s periphery. Sometimes a little bit of fog wraps up the mountain, and once you are on the level, you will feel as being in the clouds.
